Returns

  1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing justification and without incurring any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to customercare@bolzonella1934.it.
  3. The goods must be returned intact, together with the original packaging (including any accessories, labels, tags, seals, etc.). The product may only be used for the time strictly necessary to determine and verify its nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, and must show no signs of wear or dirt.

  4. Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the Customer.
  5. Camiceria Scabo di Bolzonella will refund the full amount paid by the Customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, after the necessary checks confirming that the returned items comply with the conditions and terms stated in this document.
    If the verification does not conclude positively, the Customer will be informed via email of any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from failure to comply with the above conditions. In this case, Bolzonella1934.it will communicate the amount to be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, the Customer may request to have the products returned at their own expense in the condition in which they were received by the manufacturer.
