Any reproduction, alteration, transmission, publication and/or redistribution of the website content is strictly prohibited without the express written authorization of Bolzonella 1934, except for printing, downloading and viewing activities carried out exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided that the content is not modified in any way and that the information relating to industrial and intellectual property rights is preserved.
Bolzonella 1934 also informs that the use of any distinctive signs owned by Bolzonella 1934 is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, the website content may not, in whole or in part, be distributed through communication channels such as the internet, television systems, radio systems or any other medium without prior written authorization from Bolzonella 1934.
Conditions of Sale
This document sets out the general conditions of online sale and payment through the website corresponding to the domain name www.bolzonella1934.it, owned and managed by Camiceria Scabo di Bolzonella 1934 srl Unipersonale, with registered office in Via Bosco 1, 35010 Codiverno di Vigonza, Padua (PD), Italy. These general conditions, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, govern the relationship between Bolzonella 1934 and the consumer customer.
Conclusion of the Contract
The contract between Bolzonella 1934 and the customer shall be considered concluded upon acceptance of the order by Bolzonella 1934 and, in any case, subject to successful payment. By completing the online order procedure, the customer declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchasing process and fully accept the general conditions set out below.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer should print or save an electronic copy of these general conditions and retain them, also in compliance with Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”), if the customer qualifies as a consumer.
Payment Methods
Payment for products purchased online will be made using the method selected at the time of ordering. No additional charges will be applied beyond the total amount shown at the end of the purchase procedure.
Orders are invoiced in Euro and reflect the prices published in Euro on our website. To help customers estimate the value of their purchase, prices may be converted into the local currency. However, the amount charged to the credit card or PayPal account may vary depending on exchange rate fluctuations. Bolzonella 1934 invites customers to contact their bank for detailed information regarding exchange rates and any bank fees related to the transaction.
Bolzonella 1934 reserves the right to require that the shipment be delivered to the same country where the invoice was issued.
Credit Card
In the case of payment by credit card, at the end of the online procedure the bank will authorize only the amount of the order. The actual charge will occur when the order confirmation email is sent.
If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, or if the order is not accepted by Bolzonella 1934, the transaction will be cancelled immediately. The timing of the refund depends exclusively on the banking system and may take up to 24 days from the date of authorization.
Bolzonella 1934 reserves the right to request additional information from the customer (for example a phone number) or documentation proving ownership of the credit card used. If such documentation is not provided, the order may not be accepted.
During the purchase process, Bolzonella 1934 cannot access the customer’s credit card information, which is transmitted through a secure connection directly to the bank managing the transaction. No Bolzonella 1934 database stores such data; therefore Bolzonella 1934 cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties.
In the case of payment by credit card, Bolzonella 1934 is not responsible for the outcome of the transaction, which depends exclusively on the online payment service provider chosen among the leading operators in the sector.
The customer acknowledges that order submission and payment occur through electronic communication networks whose proper functioning is outside the control of Bolzonella 1934, which cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions.
For greater security in online purchases, Bolzonella 1934 recommends using Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode services, which require a security PIN to complete the purchase.
PayPal
In the case of payment via PayPal, the customer may complete the payment directly through their verified PayPal account. Bolzonella 1934 accepts payments only from verified accounts.
Orders paid through unverified PayPal accounts will be cancelled and not processed.
Delivery Methods, Shipping Costs and Invoicing
Products will be shipped to the address specified by the customer during registration in the website’s personal area, or to the address indicated in the order.
Shipment status will be available to the customer through the tracking number sent by email.
Shipping costs, specified on the website and in the order summary, are borne by the customer. For further details, please consult the Shipping Information section.
Bolzonella 1934 ships orders according to the Delivered at Place (DAP) method. This means that the seller bears the costs and risks of transporting the goods to the agreed destination, making them available to the buyer ready for unloading. Customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers outside the European Union are advised to check customs duties before placing an order. Local taxes and duties will not be refunded in the event of a return.
Refusal to pay customs duties will result in a charge to the customer corresponding to the actual amount of the duty.
US customers: US citizens or residents importing goods from abroad must provide a Social Security Number (SSN) or a CBP-assigned number for customs clearance. Obtaining a CBP-assigned number generally requires approximately 10 working days.
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.
Upon delivery, the customer must check the integrity of the package. If the package appears tampered with, the customer must sign with reservation or refuse delivery and immediately report the issue to customercare@bolzonella1934.it.
If the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package from the courier within 5 working days, the package will be returned to the sender and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, a customer who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without providing explanations and without penalties, within the terms and according to the procedures indicated below.
To exercise this right, the customer must request the return form from Customer Service at customercare@bolzonella1934.it and send it to Bolzonella 1934 within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products for which the withdrawal is requested.
Once the request has been received, the customer will promptly receive instructions on how to return the product and a unique return authorization code. The customer will receive an authorization email containing the documentation necessary to proceed with the shipment.
The returned product must reach Bolzonella 1934 within 14 days from receipt of the documentation. For this purpose, the date of delivery to the courier will be considered valid.
The return may only be requested by the same person who placed the order and must be sent from the same address used for the original shipment.
The purchased product must be returned intact, unused, unwashed and unaltered, complete with all parts, including the control tag, intact security seals and the original packaging (including original boxes and any accessory materials).
To prevent damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it inside a second box and attach the shipping label provided by Bolzonella 1934. Labels or adhesive tape must not be placed directly on the original product packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Exchanges are available only for countries belonging to the European Union. Items may be exchanged when a different size is available and the exchange shipment will be free of charge. Exchanges for different product codes are currently not available. The replacement item will be shipped once the returned product has been received.
The product must be returned intact together with the original packaging, including accessories, labels, tags and seals, and may only have been handled for the time strictly necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and size, without signs of wear or dirt, to the following address: Camiceria Scabo di Bolzonella srl Unipersonale, Via Bosco 1, 35010 Codiverno di Vigonza (PD), Italy.
The goods must be returned in a single shipment. All exchange shipments are made using the same service as the original delivery. Bolzonella 1934 reserves the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from the same order.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to the product purchased in its entirety and cannot be exercised on only part of the product.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damage to the original packaging, Bolzonella 1934 will refund the amount paid for the product within 14 days from the date the return is received.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed through a reversal of the amount charged to the card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the customer must provide the necessary bank details (IBAN, bank name and account holder) for the refund.
The right of withdrawal will not apply if Bolzonella 1934 determines that the essential condition of product integrity has not been respected, including cases of partial use of the product, absence of the original packaging, tampering with security seals, missing product components or damage caused by reasons other than transport.
In such cases the products will remain stored at the Bolzonella 1934 warehouse available for collection at the customer’s expense.
Product Warranty and Authenticity
The conformity warranty for products sold by the Seller in favor of the Consumer Customer is provided in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Italian Consumer Code). The Seller provides an official warranty lasting 24 months from the date of purchase.
The consumer loses the right to claim the warranty if the defect is not reported within two months from its discovery.
The warranty applies in the following cases: when the product does not correspond to the agreement, when the product does not possess the essential characteristics, or when the product is not suitable for its usual use.
The warranty applies only if the product has been used correctly and in accordance with its intended purpose.
If a conformity defect is found, Bolzonella 1934 will restore product conformity free of charge through repair or replacement, or through price reduction or contract termination.
If, following inspection, the defect does not qualify as a conformity defect, the customer may be charged the verification costs and any transport costs incurred.
Promotional Codes
Customers who subscribe to the Bolzonella 1934 newsletter will receive information about products, images and presentations of events and collections, updates on promotions and promotional codes.
Promotional codes received by email are strictly personal and non-transferable. Each promotional code has a specific validity period that cannot be extended. In some cases, promotional codes are valid only for certain brands or items indicated in the email.
Promotional codes cannot be combined, transferred or sold. Bolzonella 1934 reserves the right to refuse orders placed using promotional codes that appear duplicated or fraudulently used.
Bolzonella 1934 strives to ensure that product colors displayed on the website appear as accurate as possible. However, computer monitors may vary and we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on the customer’s screen perfectly matches the actual product.

Sizes may vary depending on the selected model. On each product page you will find a Size Guide containing measurements and information on fit.

Bolzonella 1934 does not guarantee that the website content complies with the regulations of other countries. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The sales contract between Camiceria Scabo di Bolzonella srl and the customer is deemed to have been concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For any civil or criminal dispute arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, jurisdiction will be exclusively that of the Court of Padua.
Acceptance
By placing an order through the website, the customer declares that they have read all the information provided during the purchasing process and fully accept the General Conditions of Sale and Payment pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code.
