Shipments are handled by the express couriers GLS or MBE.
Delivery times are approximately within 5 business days throughout Italy from the moment the order is received. In the event of any shipping issues, the customer will be promptly informed by email.

Shipping Methods

All shipments are trackable, allowing you to follow the delivery progress at every stage.
Orders are normally delivered within 5 business days throughout Italy from the receipt of payment. Once the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking number providing details about the delivery status.

If the customer receives an incorrect or damaged item, they must contact the company by email at customercare@bolzonella1934.it within three days from the date of delivery, preferably including a photograph of the package and its contents.

Please do not return any products before contacting us and receiving confirmation that the return has been authorized.

Shipping costs, as specified on the website and in the order summary, are the responsibility of the customer. For further details, please refer to the Shipping Information section.

Bolzonella 1934 ships orders under the DAP (Delivered at Place) incoterm. This means that the seller bears the costs and risks of transporting the goods to the agreed destination, making them available to the buyer ready for unloading. Customs clearance and any related duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers outside the European Union are advised to check applicable customs duties and local taxes before placing an order. Local taxes and customs duties will not be refunded in case of a return.

Refusal to pay customs duties will result in a charge to the customer based on the actual amount of the duty incurred.
